Syrena Williams
In 2022, Syrena Williams, a personal and professional coach, came to us to learn more about setting up automation for her e-courses. Williams is the founder of Practical Skills University (PSU) which offers coaching sessions, e-courses, and resources to assist people with recognizing where they are professionally, what assets they have personally and where their points of maximization are.
PSU supports individuals and business owners, carefully guiding them to a success plan of realistic expectations and achievable timelines. Williams already had a successful social media presence but faced issues getting her likes to convert to sales.
Through market research, we identified the tactic that was missing from Williams' media mix was email marketing! There was a "Sign Up For Our Newsletter" form on the PSU website where leads would fill the form out but leads were not being nurtured.
